Shipping / Returns


We endeavour wherever possible to ship orders with in 2 days of receiving the order. (with the exception of orders placed late Friday and on weekends). 

To any purchase made over $50.00 we offer free shipping in Australia.

A parcel can take from 2-14 days depending on your location in Australia.

  • East coast capital cities: 1-5 days
  • Adelaide, Darwin & Perth: 5-10 days
  • Tasmania: 5-10 days
  • Regional centres: 5-10 days

International shipping

We currently do not export all over the globe!

We reuse and recycle packaging wherever possible. We try to use only cardboard or recyclables but should extra care be needed for delicate items, we use recycled lightweight paper.


Our products are handmade therefore, small variations and imperfections are part of the character of the pieces. We pride ourselves on sourcing, beautiful products made with care. If you need to request a refund, return or exchange we ask that you take the time to read this returns policy. 

Please do not send item(s) back to Artemis and Apollo without first contacting us. Contact us via email at

Included with your request must be the following information:

  1. A daytime and after hours contact number.
  2. A copy of your invoice/receipt.
  3. A brief description of the fault or issue

Please do not return the items by post or courier until we have replied or spoken to you.

Returns for damaged items
If your goods have arrived damaged please let us know as soon as possible. Damaged goods returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your purchase. Once the return is approved we will organise a pick-up where possible.

In the case of damaged or faulty goods, a photograph of the item can help us determine the best way we can assist you. Please include a photograph with your email.
